Kathie Legg has been a DC resident for three years. Originally hailing from New York City Upstate, she now spends her time in downtown, enslaved to one of DC's famous acronyms. Referred to by her friends as the queen of text messaging, she spends her days promoting SMS arthritis, crackberrying by founding Mobile Monday's DC chapter.
